Before first use

Place the product on a stable, flat and heat resistant surface.

Ensure a minimum of 10 cm free space around the product to 

provide enough ventilation during frying.

Only increase the temperature once the solid fat has melted to

Never use the product without oil or fat, this will damage the 

product.

Make sure the fryer is always filled with oil or fat to a level 

between the Min - Max indicators on the inside of the inner pan 
to prevent either overflowing or overheating.

Only use the product for frying food.

Resetting the product

The product has a built in overheat protection. When the product 
has been in use for a prolonged time, the overheat protection 
activates and cancels the current frying process.
