2PGDAD MODULE
4.2.1
Using a 2PGDAD Module (Figure 4-1 - Figure 4-8)

The 2PGDAD module provides two circuits which allow connection to external terminals such as:

Door Box
●
External Speaker
●
External Music Source (external MOH)
●
External Recording System
●
External Ringing
The system allows for 2PGDAD modules to be installed for Door Boxes and Paging. The 2PGDAD module also
provides multi-purpose controls. These control relays can be used for controlling the external amplifier, external
music source and door lock control with the use of a Door Box. The 2PGDAD module connects to any available
digital extension port on an ESIU or 082U blade. The terminal connections made within the PGDAD module
and the jumper settings determine what features are used for each circuit.
