5-12 Solving System Problems

Remove the battery and discard in accordance with the
manufacturer’s instructions.

With the positive (+) side of the new battery facing up, press the
battery into the socket.

Replace any expansion boards that might have been removed (see
“Installing an Expansion Board” in Chapter 4).

Replace the system cover (see “Replacing the Cover”).

10.

Connect external peripherals and power cables, and power up the
system.

11.

Run the Setup Utility to reconfigure your system parameters (see
“BIOS Setup Utility” in Chapter 3).
