(CSI) OPE lamp is not on D-Channel link is
not connected
between CSH and

Confirm the programming data: CM06

Confirm if the corresponding CSH card
is removed.
If the fault cannot be cleared, replace
the card.
B00-B12 lamp is
flashing CS/ZT is not
connected to the
corresponding

Confirm the programming data: CM06,
CM10, CMAD.
Confirm cable connection and the
power switch of the corresponding CS/
ZT.
Confirm if the corresponding CS/ZT is
in make-busy status.

fault Confirm the programming data: CM10,
CMA0.
LB01 lamp is on Loop Back 1 is set
to No. 0 circuit Confirm whether the SW1-1 is set to OFF.
LB02 lamp is on Loop Back 2 is set
to No. 0 circuit Confirm whether the SW1-2 is set to OFF.
LB11 lamp is on Loop Back 1 is set
to No. 1 circuit Confirm whether the SW1-3 is set to OFF.
LB12 lamp is on Loop Back 2 is set
to No. 1 circuit Confirm whether the SW1-4 is set to OFF.
PN-2ILCA

Confirm the programming data: CM06,

Reset the system (Push the SW1 of
MP).
PAL0-1 lamp is on No. 0-1 Line is
short-circuiting Check to see if the Terminal Adapter is
correctly connected and the power is on.
