The

PD78F0852 is a version with a flash memory in

PD780852 Subseries.

The

PD78F0852 replaces the internal ROM of the

PD780852(A) with flash memory to which a program can be

written, deleted and overwritten while mounted on a board. Table 22-1 lists the differences between the

PD78F0852

and the mask ROM version.
