1. Installing Internal Optional Devices

Express5800/T120d User’s Guide

Chapter 2 Preparations

Disconnect a cable from optical disk drive.

Important

Connector of optical disk drive cable has locking mechanism to prevent

unintentional disconnection. Push the latch on connector to unlock before

removing the cable.

Install 5.25-inch device or device bay cover to additional slot 1.

Important

Do not use the server with optical disk drive removed.
