Call Barring

Turns the call barring service on/off, makes an enquiry and 

displays the current service status.

All services have individual setting options for barring:

Answering Machine

Calls the Voicemail centre to listen to voicemail (messages), 

clears the waiting indicator and edits the mailbox number.
