Chapter 1: Setting Up the Printer

After you have removed the printer and
accessories from the shipping box, place the
printer on a stable surface and remove any
packing or tape from the printer and carefully
follow the steps below.

1. Press the Top cover release button and lift the

Top cover.

2. Remove the tape and packing from inside the

printer.

3. Gently lift out the Toner module.

4. Rock the Toner module gently, five or six

times, to redistribute the toner.
