Removing the projector covers
When the cover fixing screws are loosened, the internal sensor will be activated, so that
when the projector is restarted it will require the specified initialization process.
Refer to the "Service Manual" for the internal sensor inspection method and initialization
procedure.
Caution
•
Make sure that the main power switch of the projector unit is OFF and that the
AC power supply is cut before removing the cover. Otherwise, electric shock
may result.

Remarks for cover removal
- The "C: Top F cover" cannot be removed unless "A" and "B" are removed first.
- The "D: Side R cover" cannot be removed unless "A" is removed first, and the "E: Lens side
R cover" cannot be removed unless "B" is removed first.
- The "G: Top R cover" cannot be removed unless "A" through "F" are removed first.
- The "F: Lamp replacement cover" must be opened or closed with the lamp replacement
cover key.
- The "K: Rear filter replacement cover" cannot be removed unless "A," "B," "D," and "E" are
removed first.
