With the desired layout as the active layout simply pressing the keyboard
[ENTER]
key while
the
“P”
in
“Print”
is highlighted on the Main Menu starts the printing or card production cycle.
The type of data field (Fixed, Variable, Host) used in the layout determines the next prompt.
Once all data fields entries are completed the final prompt is: “
# fo Cards
”. (Refer to Figure 3-1)

The user enters a variable number from 1 to 9999. (
For example, enter “20” as the amount of
card copies from the present layout you wish to print
.) After the number has been typed in,
pressing the
[ENTER]
key will validate the number and begin the printing process.
As the printing occurs, the display tracks the printing process. This continues until either the
machine is stopped, or the number of total cards (
number entered
) is reached.
