Replacing the Rear Roller

!

 To reduce the risk of electrical shock, always unplug the power cord and wait 5 minutes before cleaning, maintaining or repairing this machine.

Tools Required: #2 Phillips Screwdriver, (2) 13 mm wrenches, 5 mm hex wrench, 4 mm hex wrench

1. Follow Treadle Assembly Removal procedures to remove Treadle Assembly. THIS STEP REQUIRES TWO PEOPLE.

2. Remove the Drive Pulley using two 13 mm (1/2”) wrenches.

3. Loosen the Belt Tensioning Screws on both Treadles using 5 mm hex wrench  

(total of 4 screws).
