Replacing the Motor Control Board
!
To reduce the risk of electrical shock, always unplug the power cord and wait 5 minutes before cleaning, maintaining or repairing this machine.
Tools Required: #2 Phillips Screwdriver, 5 mm hex head wrench
1. Unplug Power Cord and wait 5 minutes for capacitors to discharge residual electricity.
2. Remove 4 button head screws from the Rear Step and set aside.
3. Remove Rear Step.
4. Remove 4 Phillips head screws from Motor Control Board and set aside.
5. Disconnect all wires and cables, noting locations of each.
6. Remove the Motor Control Board and replace.
7. Re-install 4 Phillips head screws removed in step 4 into new Motor Control Board.
8. Connect all wires and cables to new Motor Control Board.
Replacing the Motor Control Board
Always unplug power cord from treadclimber®
fitness machine to wall outlet, and wait five
minutes before performing repairs.

5mm Allen wrench
Instructions:
1. Unplug power cord and wait 5 minutes for

2. Remove 4 button head screws (figure 1) from

Control Board (Figure 2) and set aside.

step 4 into new Motor Control Board.
8. Connect all wires and cables to new Motor
Control Board (Figure 3).

Disconnect all wires and cables (Figure 3),
