Important:
In a multiple cell network topology, overlapping and/or adjacent cells using
different channels can operate simultaneously without interference if the frequency
distance between the center frequencies is at least 30MHz. For example channels
1, 7, and 13
are non-overlapping frequency channels.
After making any changes, click the
Apply
button to make the changes effective
immediately, without closing the dialog box, or click
OK
to accept the changes and
close the box.
Encryption:
Data encryption provides more secure wireless data communications. Click the
Encryption
tab to setup/change the security settings (
Figure 11
). The default is
Disabled
and initially the keys section will be blank.
