Check the other errors
※ Do not voluntarily modify or repair the parts inside the device.

When the power lamp is not
turned on.
-Power cord is unplugged from the socket.
-Burnt out fuse.
-Check the cord, fuse and plug in the cord.
-Check the SMPS or Relay board inside the device.

-If it is damaged, request a repair service.
Water and saline solution are
normally supplied, but the num-
ber of the power meter displays
error.
-Abnormal
SMPS
power due to certain
reasons or PCB circuit problem.
-Check the SMPS. (Refer to the page 40)
If it is damaged, request a repair service.
Abnormally low
Active
chlorine
concentration.
When you have twinge
because of micro electricity.
When the Start/Stop button is
not turned on.
-Refer to the electrodes replacement cycle.

-Device is not grounded properly.
-Socket is not grounded.
-Storage tank is full of solution, and
the selector is selected to [Washer].
-Request a repair service by contacting the seller.
-Check your socket is grounded.

-Select the selector to [Disinfectant]. (DES-10K Mode)
※In case of abnormal operation, unplug the power cord and request a repair service by contacting the seller.
