  After processing is complete, it is important to do the following:

a.

  Seal the wells immediately with the adhesive cover provided to prevent evaporation.

b.

  Protect Samples from as much light as possible. 

c.

  If the Cartridge will not be scanned on the Digital Analyzer within an hour the sealed Cartridge should be stored at 4°C in an 

opaque box. The Cartridge can be stored this way for up to one week with minimal degradation.

d.

  Empty the waste containers.
