These parameters are specified by bit. The items specified in these parameters
are the followings.

Motion direction bit0 0 : Turn ON for + direction
Deviation counter bit1 0 : Turn ON for homing is completed.
Driver error
bit2 0 : An error is detected in the energized
condition.
Near home
bit3 0 : Near home position in the energized
condition.
Home bit4 0 : Home position in the de-energized condition.
Overlimit
bit5 0 : Overlimit position in the de-energized
condition.
