which are filled with buffering and protective materials. After opening the packaging
box, the buffering and protective materials inside are taken out.
The net weight of the machine is about 60Kg. When handling, lift
the equipment from both sides of the machine and balance the force!
Please handle vertically and do not shake the machine!
When transporting or transporting over long distances, please use specialized
packaging boxes that are properly secured and maintained in a vertical position,
and should be handled with care.
4.2 Choose a reasonable placement location
The high-speed freezing centrifuge can only be used indoors, and its placement
should meet the following requirements:
During the operation of the centrifuge, a safe distance of 30cm must be kept around,
and no objects must be placed within this safe distance
Relevant personnel shall not stay for Dangerous goods;
The support or table for placing the centrifuge should be firm and not shake or vibrate;
If a movable bracket or trolley is used, one with a locking device should be used. To
ensure the safe operation of the centrifuge;
If the centrifuge is placed next to or at the corner of a wall, in order to ensure smooth
air circulation and good heat dissipation, please ensure that the distance between the
rear and left and right sides of the centrifuge and the wall is not less than 15cm and
20cm respectively.
Centrifuges should be placed away from windows to avoid direct exposure to heat and
sunlight.
After placing the centrifuge, the four supporting feet should be evenly supported on
the table and adjusted horizontally.
The room where the centrifuge is placed must be a constant temperature room with an
ambient temperature 5
℃
and 40
℃
and an ambient humidity of
≤
80%
Keep the environment clean.
4.3 Fixed placement machine
Once the centrifuge is placed, do not move it randomly. If it is moved, it should
be reconfirmed or adjusted horizontally, and the four support feet at the bottom of the
machine should be evenly supported on the table. Confirm that the support or table on
which the machine is placed is secure and cannot shake or vibrate.
