2. Remove the screws (4 pieces) that retain the media guide R (upper).
3. Push backward the media guide R (upper) .
4. Remove the two connectors to the pre-heater and the two connectors to the pre-thermistor that are in side
the media guide R (upper).
5. Remove the media guide R (upper).
6. To reassemble the unit, reverse the removal procedure.
