Pause option
When printing on hairy fabrics, it might be possible that some fibres stick to the print heads
and build-up which could lead to a bad print result. When this occurs, it is possible to pause
the job and clean the heads as follows:

to pause the job.

to unlock the carriage.

Open the front and left maintenance cover.
ͬ»° ìæ
Slide the carriage into the left maintenance area.
ͬ»° ëæ
Clean the edges of the heads with a cleaning swab wetted with Mutoh waterbased
textile cleaning. Be sure not to touch nor clean the nozzle plate to avoid damage
and bad printing quality.

Close the front and left maintenance cover.
ͬ»° éæ
Press
enter
to make the carriage go back to its home position.

to resume printing.

The fabric loading system does not move anymore, which means that a piece
of the printed fabric (± 60 cm) will be fixed for a longer time of the rest. This
could lead into output mismatches. Therefore, avoid pausing the printer during
a long job.
