Grayscale Document
: this profile is used to scan the image in
grayscale using varying shades of gray.

Black and White Document
: this profile is used to scan text-
only originals or line drawings.

Quality Color Document
: this profile is used to scan the
image in full color in higher quality. quality color Document
will create larger file size.

click Preview to preview the image before scanning. the image
is displayed on the right side of the window.
NOTE
If you load more than one sheet in the ADF to preview the image, a
message will pop up reminding you that only the first page will be
displayed in the preview window.

you can make changes in the settings as necessary. your changes
are automatically reflected in the preview window.
NOTE
Some settings may not automatically update the preview image
and are required to press Preview button again. Other settings
such as “Deskew” and “two-Sided merge” will not show in the
preview image, and can only be seen after scanning.
5.
When you are satisfied with the results, reload all originals in
the Input tray and click
Scan
in the tWAIN interface to start
scanning.
