Filter Inspection
One of the most common symptoms of fuel issues lies within the filter. Ensure the filter is not clogged or dam-
aged in any way. To check for clogging, safely remove the filter and attempt to blow low pressure air (approx. 3
psi) through the filter with an air compressor. If air does not exit out the opposing side, the filter needs replaced.
Note:
Filters are usually directional. There will be markings that dictate which way it must be installed.

Pump Inspection
Depending on Vengeance model, there will be either an electronic pump or vacuum pump. Electric pumps should
make an audible noise when in operation. Refer to
Electrical
for diagnosis information. For vacuum pumps, refer
to engine owner’s manual.

Line Inspection
Fuel lines are made of rubber. Depending on engine model there will be either (1) fuel line, or (2) lines with a feed
and return. Check for any signs of cracks, cuts, rips or tears. If the line is no longer flexible, but stiff, then replace.
