Drilling Template/X Wing Switch
For best results, print the drilling template using a
heavier “card type” stock.
For the prototype, I used a file folder that I trimmed
down to letter sized stock (8.5 X 11)
Align the template with the inside lower wall of the
enclosure. Using tape, secure the template in place for
accurate drilling of pilot holes.
If using a X- Wing style DPDT switch for SW2, the
solder lugs will need to be modified to
accommodate the bottom cover which fits inside of
the enclosure walls.
Using piers, gently bend the four corner lugs to
match the same plane as the center lugs.
