If your E‐Scooter does not operate as usual or appears to be faulty please read carefully
this section. Many operational issues can be resolved by users.
This simple procedure helps in restoring stable conditions for electric circuits.
Please contact Manufacturer Customer Care if the problem is unresolved or you have
other concerns.
SYMPTOMS
POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS

Fault Code and Settings
Fault Code Description
Solution
A
Communication Failure
Check the integrity of the communication line
b
Accelerator Fault
Change accelerator
C & C0
Motor Hall Fault
Check the integrity of the wiring of the motor Hall
communication line, and replace the motor if there
is no abnormality
E & E0
Undervoltage
Check whether the battery voltage is in a low‐power
state; test after charging the battery or replace
another battery with sufficient power; if the battery
power is normal, you need to replace the controller
to test
F & F0
Overcurrent
1. The internal MOS tube of the controller is broken
down and caused a short circuit, and there will
still be a need to replace the controller after
shutting down
2. During high‐speed riding, if you suddenly go
through a pothole or a high‐speed stall, the motor
is subjected to strong resistance, and a large
reverse current is generated to trigger the
protection, which will disappear after shutdown
and restart
