COOKING HINTS

1.

The ingredients stored in refrigerator, such as butter or eggs, must reach the room temper-
ature before mixing. Thus, such products should be taken out of the refrigerator suitably
in advance.

2.

To avoid adding egg shells or spoiled eggs into the mixer, it is best to crack them into a
separate container earlier, before adding other products.

3.

Too long beating may have a negative impact on the end product. Observe the mixing
time specified in the recipe. If you want to mix dry ingredients, while slowly shifting the
paste being mixed, do it only until the paste becomes uniform, always at a slow mixing
speed.

4.

Weather conditions. Season temperature changes have an impact on the temperature and
texture of food products, depending on the area, which influences the required product
mixing time and mixing result.

5.

Always begin the mixing from low speeds and gradually increase the speed to the level
required in the given recipe.
