4.
If the appliance is blocked by hard material on the cutting plate or cutting blade, immedi-
ately turn off and clean the appliance.
USING THE APPLIANCE (MEAT MINCER)
1.
Make sure that the appliance is assembled properly, the food processor head is in the work-

2.
Make sure that the food processor speed control (4) is set to “0”.
3.
Cut meat into pieces to facilitate adding into the mincing chamber.
4.
Connect the mincer to the power supply and then turn it on using the speed control (4). For
optimum efficiency of the mincing process, it is recommended to use speeds “3” and “4”.
5.
Add meat into the mincing chamber and push it with the pusher (C9).
6.
If you feel that the food processor is working against distinct resistance, increase the minc-
ing speed and/or cut the meat into smaller pieces.
7.
If the meat mincer is blocked completely, disconnect the food processor from the mains,
disassemble the components and clean them thoroughly from meat fibres, reassemble
them and continue the work.
8.
Upon the completion of the mincing process, turn off the appliance by setting the operat-
ing speed control (4) to “0” and unplug the power cord from the mains socket.
9.
Remove all meat mincer elements, wash and dry them. (see chapter: CLEANING AND
MAINTENANCE).
CAUTION! The maximum appliance operation time for the meat mincer is 6 minutes, the minimum resting time
between two cycles is 20 minutes.
