The figure below shows the QAM Configuration window. Please note that QAM 
Channels that are not active are 

grayed out

. QAM modules that are not installed are also 

grayed out, as well as the Backup RF Port when RF Redundancy is enabled. When RF 
Redundancy is enabled and the Backup RF Port is active, the failed over Primary RF Port 
is grayed out:
