circuit board or defective circuit
board. Insert the circuit board in theCPU
rack or the connector on the cir-
cuit board fast.
Replace the circuit board.
If the error occurs again, contact
MOTOMAN service.

cuit board or defective circuit
board. Insert the circuit board in theCPU
rack fast.
Replace the circuit board.
If the error occurs again, contact
