33--10--00 -- OVERHEAD SWITCH PANEL (EXTERI-
OR LIGHTS)
33--10--01 -- OVERHEAD SWITCH PANEL REPLA-
CEMENT
1. Remove the O/H “Electroluminescent” switch pan-
el by removing the six (6) screws mounting the O/H
switch panel to the headliner. (Figure 33--1).
2. Switches are a snap fit and may be removed by
pressing snap tabs and pushing switch through cover.
3. Disconnect wires from “Electroluminescent” panel
harness and replace with new panel. Check for proper
operation (Figure 33--2).
4. Reassemble switch assemblies into new panel by
snapping in from top side. Re--install O/H switch panel
into headliner; secure with six (6) screws.
33--10--02 -- OVERHEAD SWITCH PANEL INVERT-
ER REPLACEMENT
1. Remove front two (2) screws attaching headliner
to upper front widow area allow access to backside of
headliner.
2. Remove inverter from backside of headliner panel,
by removing clear silicone used to secure the inverter to
the headliner (Figure 33--1).
3. Disconnect wires from inverter harness and re-
place with new inverter, use clear silicone for mounting.
Check for proper operation (Figure 33--2).
