tanks can be stored
• Has double bottom construction that has
areas where air or gases can be open or
trapped
• Has an enclosed living space
• Has compartments where flammable,
combustible or explosive materials are stored
• Has permanent fuel tanks installed
• Vessel is 26 ft (7.9 m) or more in length

NAVIGATION LIGHTS
Regulations require that navigational lights be clearly lit and properly displayed at all times between
sunset and sunrise and always when operating in reduced visibility while boating
