Shutdown
1. Standby: To turn off, rotate main burner
valve handles clockwise to the ignition
position.
2.
Complete: To shut the burner and pilot off,
turn the dial to the ―●‖ symbol and the
safety device will disengage within 60
seconds.
PREHEAT TIME—
Allow at least five (5)
minutes after turning the broiler on from cold,
before loading the broiler with food to be
cooked.
Check the grease container and drain frequently
during heavy use to prevent overflow.
Grid Height Adjustment
Depress black ball and move lever up or down
to desired cooking height, Figure 9.
