Connecting to a Computer
You can connect the camera to a Windows or Mac OS X based
computer to access the photos and videos stored on the microSD
card. To do so, perform the following steps:
1.
Ensure that the camera is powered OFF. The computer can
be powered ON.
2.
Plug one end of the included micro USB cable into the
micro USB port on the camera.
3.
Plug the other end of the micro USB cable into an available
USB port on your computer.
4.
If this is the first time you have connected the camera to
your computer, it will automatically install the required driver
files to access the camera's internal storage.
5.
Use your file browser to navigate the files stored on the
camera's microSD card. You can view the files directly or
back them up to local storage.
Note that the camera does not need to be powered ON to allow
access to the files on the microSD card.
