Confirm with the customer that you have the correct name and information.
If the correct customer is retrieved, proceed to process their transaction.
If it is not the correct customer, return to step 2 and try again.
If the search returns no results
In the event that the customer lookup turns up no results, it is possible that the customer is not yet registered,
or that they keyed in the wrong information e.g. they keyed in a number that you do not have on file for them,
or the information you have on file is incorrect.
If the customer is not yet registered, you can offer to create a customer profile for them. Follow the
Using the Customer Display to register new customers
If the customer is registered, ask them to try entering a different phone number or email address on the
Customer Display screen to see if their information is retrieved.
If the lookup still yields no results, it is possible that the customer’s information is incorrect within PAYD Pro
Plus. You can look them up on the primary iPad to assign them to the sale. Afterwards, you can edit the
customer profile to ensure you capture accurate information. Refer to the
