If a customer does not wish to leave feedback:

No Thanks
. The Customer Display returns to its idle screen.
Customer feedback reporting
The Surveys report that outlines all customer survey responses is located in PAYD Administration, and can be
accessed on your primary iPad.
1.
From the Sale screen, tap the
Settings
button (
).
2.
On the main menu, tap
Open administration
.
The PAYD Administration main screen launches in the Safari browser, and you are logged in with your
credentials.

On the PAYD Administration main screen, tap
Reports
.
4.
On the Reports menu, tap
Miscellaneous
.
5.
On the Miscellaneous menu, tap
Surveys
.
6.
Generate the report, using the following guidelines to narrow the report results:
To change the date range for the report:
a.
Tap the
Starting date
field and use the calendar to select a start date for the report.
b.
Tap the
Ending date
field and use the calendar to select a report end date.
c.
Tap the
View
button.
The summary and report results appear below.
d.
Proceed to step 7.
