Description
“Barista” Programming
The procedure for weighing the filter
holder either empty or filled with coffee
powder is shown below.
• This parameter records the values for
the brew according to the brew ratio
technology.
• These values can be changed even
manually by entering the software
settings.
• To brew in brew ratio mode, set this
mode by entering the software settings.
• Brew ratio: this mode is the ratio between
the coffee powder and the weight of the
drink

Weighing of the precision portafilter filled with coffee powder
When the espresso machine is on, operate the lever upwards for a time greater than 2 seconds, the 2 top leds
start flashing and the segments of the chrono rotate.

When the top leds stop flashing, position the precision portafilter filled with coffee powder in the seat on the
grid as described in chapter 8. The value is automatically recorded.
This procedure must be performed on first installation, even if it is possible to repeat it at any time (for example
if we use a new set of portafilters).

When the top leds turn off and the segments of the chrono cease to rotate, the calibration of the precision
portafilter is completed.
