ConfigChangedTime
variables show the time of the last change of the relevant
configuration group as TimeTicks value in 1/100th seconds. The management system
can decide on the basis of these time values, which configurations need to be
reloaded. The groups and their parameters are listed in appendix “G Parameters“.
