Overrange positive or
negative signal A shorted transducer or a
damaged interconnect cable

module). Measure supply voltages at
the connector.
Inspect cable and transducer.
Replace if necessary.
Measurement slowly goes
positive over time Overpressure and/or a build-
up of contamination in the P
x
cavity.
Return to MKS for servicing
or transducer replacement.
Unstable zero output The ambient temperature may
be too high.
or
The ambient temperature is
varying over a wide range.
