Inspect cable and transducer.
Replace if necessary.
Measurement slowly goes
positive over time

up of contamination in the P

cavity.
Return to MKS for servicing
or transducer replacement.
Unstable zero output
The ambient temperature may
be too high.

The ambient temperature is
varying over a wide range.
