*13 Make sure the ‘Counter stop input’ does not change while the ‘Marking-in-progress output’ is
ON

*14 The ‘Counter stop input’ is determined at the point where the ‘Marking start input’ turns
ON
.
*15 The counter value increases or decreases during the marking process.
CAUTION
If a number of counters are used with the same conditions for a single layout, the
counter value may
not always be the same when marking halts during marking.
