Computer Environment Set-up 

In order to prevent marking problems, the computer environment should be set-up appropriately as 
described below. 

1.

Open the Control Panel from the Start 
Menu.

Start > Settings > Control Panel

2.

Choose the 

[Power Options]

 icon. 

3.

Select the 

[Power Schemes]

 tab and set 

the variables as shown to the right, 
followed by 

[OK]

.

4.

From the Control Panel, choose the 

[Display]

 icon to view the Display 

properties.

5.

Choose the 

[Screen Saver]

 tab and set 

the Screen Saver property to 

(None)

,

followed by 

[OK]

.

6.

Close the Control Panel. 

File > Close
