Front panel cleaning

If there is distinct smear, use a piece of cloth soaked with neutral

detergent to clean the unit.

Never use gasoline, volatile oil, friction powder or disinfectant. Otherwise,

they may damage the unit.

The front panel may fall down after being lifted over horizontal position.

If it falls down, refer to Step 3 in Cleaning for Front Panel.

Enable the fan to run for 3~4 hours so as to dry the inside

of the air conditioner.

·

Before fan operation, set to Cooling operation mode and select

highest set temperature..

Switch off the power supply and remove the power plug.

To be used again

Not used for a long time

Clean the filter and return it to the unit.

Be sure to confirm whether the air inlets and air outlets of

indoor and outdoor units are covered.

Confirm whether the earth wire is connected firmly.

Warning

Be sure to remove the power plug when the air conditioner is not used

for a long time.

Fire may result from possible dust deposit.

Take out the batteries in the remote controller.

Warning

Must be grounded.

The earth wire should not be connected to gas pipe, tap water pipe, lightning

rod and telephone line.

If you don’t connect the earth wire as required, electric shock may result.

Note:

When the remote controller is not used for a long time, be sure to take

out all batteries in the remote controller to avoid fluid leakage.
