3.室外机组的安装

室内/室外连接
·将来自室内机组的电线,正确地连接在接线端子台上。
·注意禁止使连接导线接触配管。

·注意不能连错线。如果接线不正确,空调机就不会正常
  运转。
·旋紧端子螺钉以防松脱。
·旋紧螺钉后,轻轻拉动电线确认是否能拉动。

确实固定好室外机组的维修板。维修板如果没固定好,将
因为灰尘、水份等进入而引起火灾、触电事故。

4.完成室内/室外机组连接以及进行试行运转

4-1 管道连接

①室内机组接管
  连接液,气配管至室内机组。
·首先对准中心,然后用手旋上管螺母至无法转动。
·参考下面扭矩表,使用两只扳手拧紧室内机组侧接管接头部

分。请注意勿过度扭紧,以免损坏扩口部分。

②室外机组接管

与室内机组相同方法把配管接到室外机组的截止阀(2通和3通
阀)管接头。

·使用扭矩扳手或普通扳手,用和室内机组同样的扭矩旋紧。

隔热及缠绕包扎带

①室外机组侧的各配管及阀都须作隔热处理。
②从室外机组的配管入口起的全部配管都须用管道包扎带

·用胶带固定管道包扎带

·如果配管通过天花板,盥洗间或其他高温高湿的地方时,
  请加包裹以市售隔热绝缘材料,以防凝露。

4-2 抽真空·泄漏试验

·空调器的安装面应坚固结实,具有足够的承载能力,其

承载能力不低于实际所承载的重量(至少200kg/m

2

)

·安装面为木质、金属或非金属等结构,如果其强度明显

不足时,应采用相应的加固、支撑和减震等措施。

·安装架必须使用能使空调器可靠地固定在安装面上的紧

固件。

·安装时使用的紧固体,应根据安装面材质坚硬程度确定

安装孔直径和深度,并选择适用的膨胀螺栓规格,确保
安装空调器稳定、牢固、可靠。

·安装时避开雨天、风雪天、雷雨天进行安装,必要时采

取相应措施保证自身和他人不受伤害。

利用真空泵

卸下室外机组气体管道侧的截止阀的维修口盖(不卸下盖子无法进行抽真空过程。)

连接室内机组与室外机组之间製冷剂管道(液体及气体管道)。

将维修用压力表和真空泵连接到室外机组气体管道侧上面的截止阀的维修口上。

转动真空泵(抽真空达15分钟以上)。

用维修用压力表检查真空,然后关闭维修用压力表,并停掉真空泵。

迅速地从截止阀的维修口卸下维修用压力表

全开气体和液体管道侧的所有截止阀,若不全开截止阀运转,
将降低机器性能或引起故障等。

管道长度在限定范围内,
无须补充製冷剂。

管道长度超过一定范
围,补充定量製冷剂。

旋紧维修口盖

再旋紧两个截止阀盖

泄漏试验

抽真空过程

装机时,在启动压缩机前,确保管子安全的连接。
