室内机组的电气盖和室外机组的维修板须确实安
装好。

室内机组电气盖和室外机组的维修板如果不装好,
则可能因为灰尘、水份进入而造成火灾或触电危险。

万一可燃性气体泄漏而聚集在机组周围,可能引起

爆炸事故。

禁止安装在有可燃性气体泄漏的地方。

应装有漏电保护器。

如不装上漏电保护器,可能引起触电事故。

请一定按照安装说明书进行排水和配管施工。

排水和配管施工如果有不妥当的地方或室内机组倾斜
将可能产生机组滴水弄湿、污损家具物品等情况。

2.R410A製冷系统注意事项

使用C1220铜磷料(用于铜和铜合金製成的无缝管)连
接製冷剂管。确保管内壁清洁,不含有硫化物、氧
化剂、碎屑或灰尘等任何有害的赃物。务必使用指
定厚度的管道。
使用脂油、乙醚油、烷基苯油(少量)作为製冷剂油,
涂在喇叭口的部分。如果把矿物油混入製冷剂油中,
油质可能变差。
切勿使用R410A以外的製冷剂。如果使用其它製冷
剂,氯会使油变质。
使用R410A製冷剂的专用工具。如下是R410A专用工
具一览表,供参考。

务必使用正确的工具。如果灰尘、碎屑或水气进入製
冷剂管,製冷剂油的油质可能变差。
切勿使用简易加液钢瓶。如果使用简易加液钢瓶添加製
冷剂,製冷剂的成分会改变,引起效率降低。

安装或移动空调器时,务必使用指定的製冷剂(R410A)
充注製冷剂管。切勿与其他製冷剂混合,管内也不要
残留空气。残留在管内的空气在压力增大时,会使管
道爆裂,并引起其他危险。

切勿使用管壁比上述指定厚度薄的管道。
真空泵切勿与R22製冷剂系统共用。

安装施工用部件,必须使用附带的和规定的部件。

采用部件不当,可能引起火灾、触电、或机组掉下
伤人、漏水等事故。

电源线路的中途引线,使用延长电源线,或使用多
孔插座线等都不可采用。

接触不良,绝缘不良,或超载等都可能引起触电事故。

连接导线的中途引线是一定不可采用的。

一定会产生机组误动作,造成机组无法正常运行。

须做接地施工。

空调插座应连有专门接地线,如果没有接地线或地
线没有连接好,可能引起触电事故。
地线切勿接到煤气管、自来水管、避雷针导线,电
话接地线上。

请严格按照GB17790《家用和类似用途空调器安
装规范》进行空调器的安装。

安装施工完毕后,须确认是否有泄漏製冷剂气体的地方。

如果电源软线损坏,必须使用专用软线或从製造
厂或维修部门买到的专用组件来更换。

此外,如果还有不明白的地方,即请找机器的出售店联系。
