Sleep Operation
If you want to sleep, please select the function in Cooling mode.
When selecting Sleep mode
Press
button when the unit is operating.
Fan speed is changed to Auto. Changing fan speed enables you to quit Sleep mode.

When quitting Sleep mode
Sleep mode description

The air conditioner operates at the temperature set prior to pressing Sleep mode button, about 30 minutes later, the
temperature is changed to that set in Sleep mode.

If ON-Timer is enabled to activate Sleep mode, the air conditioner will operate at the temperature set in Sleep mode.

If the remote controller is reset after change of batter-
ies, the setting for initial temperature is as follows:
Sleep mode (cooling): 28

In Cooling mode, it is suggested that you’d better set a

avoid catching a cold in sleep; In Heating mode, 5

lower than current temperature to make a sound sleep.
Press button or
button to set a temperature in Sleep mode.
After setting of the temperature in Sleep mode, press
button again to show the temperature set in previous mode.
Press
button again.
Sleep mode can be quitted by pressing button or changing operation mode.
Sleep mode can be used together with TIMER ON/OFF.
At the time of pressing
button, the display darkens, fan speed is changed to Auto mode automatically, and the air conditioner
operates with low noise.

When the air conditioner operates in Sleep mode, cooling or heating capacity is not enough, thus, you can quit Sleep mode.
