(1) Make output range setting using the 8 upper bits (b8 to b15) of address RWwm+3.
Make HOLD/CLEAR setting using the 8 lower bits (b0 to b7) of address
RWwm+3.
(2) The default settings are -10 to +10V and CLEAR.
