Probable cause

60 seconds after the ignition switch is set to the “ON” position, or after the
completion of start of engine.

The engine speed is more than 2,500 r/min.

Volumetric efficiency 30 % or more

Changes in sensor output voltage (detonation sensor peak voltage per 1/2
crankshaft rotation) in 200 consecutive cycles are 0.078 V or less.

Malfunction of the detonation sensor

Open or short circuit in the detonation sensor
circuit or loose connector contact

Malfunction of the engine-A/T-ECU

Replace the engine-A/T-ECU.
Check the trouble symptoms.
