The default value is 0 for all channels.

The remote buffer memory addresses of this area are as follows:

A channel where a value out of the range above is set causes an error with the error code (090

stored in Latest error code (RWr0), Error flag (RXA) turning on, and the ERR. LED lighting up.

By default, 0 is set and so change the setting value when using the scaling function.
