Installation of the phone
Your phone has been installed by the system operator. Nevertheless, this chapter provides
you with useful information concerning the mounting and connection of your phone.
Mounting the phone
Using the base included in the scope of delivery, you can place your phone on your desk
or mount it on the wall.
Desktop phone
• You can place the phone on a flat desk at an angle of 40° or 25°. To do this, the base must
be snapped in place at different positions on the rear of the phone.
- Insert and snap the base in place as described in the set-up diagram.
- To connect the handset: Insert the plug of the handset connecting cable into the handset
socket. Next, insert the connector on the free end of the cable into the socket marked with
the phone symbol at the bottom of the telephone set. Route the cable through one of the
grooves in the base.
