Calling a party by name
You can choose the directory in which you want to search your party.
1 - Press the Directories key.
2 - Select the directory in which you want to perform the search
and confirm.
3 - Using the keypad, enter the first letters of the contact’s name
and possibly first name to refine the search.
To correct your entries, press

5 - Select the contact to be called and press
Call
.
Using the automatic callback function
You are calling an internal party who is busy or does not answer. You can request the party
to call you back automatically.
To activate the automatic callback function:
• Press the
Callback
Fox key (before hanging up).
-> The
Request OK
message confirms that the call has been
considered and that the terminal returns to standby mode.
As soon as the called party in question is free (if the line was
busy) or has activated his telephone (if out of office), your phone
rings.
When you answer, your called party's phone that is "in callback"
also rings.
To deactivate the automatic callback function:
1 - Press the
Menu
Fox key
.
2 - Select
Activated features
and then confirm.
3 - Select
Call back
and press the
Erase
Fox key.
Note:
The steps 1 and 2 can be replaced by a single stroke of the
browser key.
