Communicating with the filter function
You have programmed keys in order to use the filter function.
To activate the filter function:
The key programmed with the filtering function allows you to
activate this function from the filtered or the filtering phone.
• Press the key programmed for filtering.
-> The indicator associated with the key lights up on the filtered
and filtering phones.
-> An audible message is sent on the phone which performs
the activation. The
filter activation symbol is shown in
the first line of the screen of the filtered phone in standby
mode.

To call the filtered phone:
To call the designated user of the filtered phone:
• Press the key programmed for supervision.
-> The indicator associated with the programmed key lights up.
To answer the filtered calls:
An inbound call for the filtered phone arrives.
-> The display indicates that the call was intended for the
filtered phone.
• Pick up the handset.
You can also press the

keys.
To transfer the inbound call to the filtered phone:
To transfer a party which who you are in communication to the
filtered phone.
• Press the programmed supervision key and then press the
Transf Fox key (or simply connect the handset or press
).
-> The indicator associated with the programmed supervision
key lights up.
