Programmable keys
You call some parties or colleagues several times a day…
You regularly use some telephone functions such as forwarding, supervision or filtering…
By pressing the 12 programmable keys on your phone, you can save these numbers or
functions.
Note:
If your terminal is equipped with an M530 extension keypad, you can program and
use these additional keys in the same way.
Programming a key
Regardless of the type of programming (number or function), the access procedure is iden-
tical.
To select the key to be programmed:
1 - Press the
Menu
Fox key.
2 - Select
Settings
and confirm.
3 - Select
Keys
and confirm.
-> The keys already programmed light up. The available keys
remain switched off.
4 - The phone prompts you to press the key to be programmed.
The phone screen shows the status of the key, preceded by a
tick.
• A free key is indicated by the "Not programmed" message.
• If the key is already programmed, the line shows the
programming assigned.
Note:
The
key, programmed by default to immediate
forwarding to the voice mailbox, can be re-programmed. To then
restore the default programming, just delete the current program-
ming (see page 37).
To program a number:
You can program the number to call an internal or external party.
• After selecting the key to be programmed:
