The supervision function
Programming the supervision of a group of phones on your phone allows you to:
- check the state of supervised phones (free, called, busy),
- quickly pick up calls for these phones,
- call these phones directly.
Programming the supervision function

1 - Press the
Menu
Fox key.
2 - Select
Settings
and confirm.
3 - Select
Keys
and confirm.
-> The keys already programmed light up. The available keys
remain switched off.
4 - Select the key to be programmed.
5 - Select
Subscriber intercom
and confirm.
6 - Enter the number of the phone which you want to supervise
and then press the
OK
Fox key.
7 - Next, select the audible alarm mode via which you want to be
notified (
Silence - Bips - Ring - Repeat bip
)
-> The step is confirmed by a message. The screen returns to
the list of programmed keys. The status of the key is
indicated by a tick "Subscriber Intercom xxxx".
Note:
• A programmable key must be programmed for each supervised
phone.
• The same phone can be supervised by several other phones.
* Depending on the programming performed by the system operator.
